Just me, and the work.
Minzsoft is an independent, one-person software studio. When you hire it, you hire the person who does the work, no agency in the middle, no project quietly handed to someone else.
Why this exists.
Minzsoft started for a simple reason: most software problems don't need a big team, a slide deck, and three layers of management. They need one experienced person who understands the problem and stays accountable for the result.
So that's the whole model. I take on a small number of projects at a time, work closely with the people who'll actually use the thing, and build it to be handed over cleanly. When something's outside what I do well, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
It's not trying to be the biggest studio. Just one worth recommending.
- What it is
- An independent, one-person studio
- What you get
- Direct access to the person building it
- Where
- Remote-first, working with clients anywhere
- How it works
- A few projects at a time, done properly
A few things we won't compromise on.
Not a mission statement. Just how we've decided to work after a few years of learning the hard way.
Direct, always
You talk to the person doing the work. Nothing gets lost in a game of telephone.
Say the hard thing
If a plan is wrong, over budget, or just unnecessary, I'll tell you early rather than bill you for it.
You own everything
Code, infrastructure, documentation. No lock-in and no leverage held over you.
Boring where it counts
Proven tools over shiny ones. Novelty is a cost, and I spend it carefully.
Show, don't report
You see working software as it comes together, not a slide about working software.
Finish the job
I stay through launch and the handover. It's done when it actually works for you.
Think we'd get along?
The projects we do best are the ones where the client cares as much about how it's built as we do. If that sounds like you, let's talk.
