Minzsoft is a lean software studio — a tight group of builders, not a big agency. When you hire us, you work with the people shipping the product. No account managers in the middle, no project quietly handed off to strangers.
Why this exists.
Minzsoft started for a simple reason: most software problems don't need a big team, a slide deck, and three layers of management. They need a focused group that understands the problem, stays close to the work, and stays accountable for the result.
That's the model. We take on a small number of projects at a time, collaborate closely with the people who'll actually use the product, and use AI across research, design, coding, and testing so we can move faster without cutting corners. When something is outside what we do well, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
We're not trying to be the biggest studio. Just one worth recommending.
